1. How much does shipping cost?

We currently only ship within the United States.

Orders generally ship within 48 hours. (Monday to Friday) with USPS or UPS, FedEx and DHL. Standard delivery time is 07-15 days. The shipping rates are: $4.99 for all bags

To make your items arrive more smoothly, you need to fill in the address in ENGLISH for express shipping, and please don’t use PO Boxes.

2.Order changes

Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you need to return a product, you must begin the return procedure once you have received the item.

3. Item not received

If you have successfully placed an order and have not yet received it while the tracking status shows that it has been delivered. You need to contact the carrier to find your bag, as once the item is packed we have no control over it (once the carrier does), but if problems persist, please email us at [email protected], we will try our best to help you.

4. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us at [email protected] as soon as you place your order.
